Day 0: Arrival and Acclimatization in Manali ( 6,700 ft)
● Arrive in Manali and check in at your pre-booked camps/hotel to settle in.
● Take the day to rest and acclimatize to the beautiful surroundings.
● Enjoy a leisurely stroll to the enchanting Hadimba Temple, dedicated to Hadimba Devi, the legendary wife of Bhima from the Mahabharata, and marvel at its unique architecture nestled in the forest.
● Continue your exploration to Manu Temple, situated by the serene Beas River, honouring sage Manu, the creator of the world.
● Get ready for an informative orientation process and tour briefing, setting the stage for the adventures ahead.
● Indulge in a delicious dinner before resting for the night in Kuflu Manali, rejuvenating for the exciting days to come.
Day 2: Journey from Manali to Jispa (10,498 ft | 110 KM | 3- 4 hr)

Day 3: Journey from Jispa to Sarchu (14,100 ft | 90 KM | 3-4 hr)

● Gear up for an exciting adventure as you cross the 16,043-fthigh Bara-lacha La Pass in the Zanskar Range.
● Experience the thrill of riding through the rugged terrains of Darcha and Zingzingbar.
● Spend time near the Chandrabhaga River (Chenab) and capture mesmerizing photos. Visit the stunning Suraj Taal and Deepak Taal, two breathtaking lakes in the Lahaul and Spiti regions.
● Upon reaching Sarchu, hand over your bike keys to the road captain.
● Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Swiss Camps at Sarchu.
Day 4: Journey from Sarchu to Leh (11,562 ft | 250 KM | 6-7 hr)
● Start your day with a delicious breakfast.
● Begin your journey towards Leh, the hub of the Ladakh region.
● Travel through Nakeela Pass, Whisky Nallah, Lachulung La Pass, Pang, More Plains, and Tanglang La Pass.
● Upon arriving in Leh, hand over your bike keys to the road captain.
● Check in at your accommodation for the night.
● Enjoy dinner, and a comfortable overnight stay in Leh.
Day 5: Journey from Leh to Nubra Valley (10,000 ft | 160 KM | 5-6 hr)
● Wake up to a refreshing morning and start your day with a delicious breakfast.
● Enjoy an exhilarating bike ride as your engines roar through the stunning Nubra Valley, a cold desert filled with vast landscapes and majestic mountain ranges.
● Experience the thrill of crossing Khardung La, one of the World's Highest Motorable Passes.
● On your way to Nubra, take a moment to appreciate the beautiful Buddha Statue and Diskit Monastery.
● Upon reaching Nubra, you have the option to enjoy a camel ride in the sand dunes (additional cost applies).
● Later, hand over your bike keys to the road captain and settle in for an overnight stay in Nubra (Hunder).
● Enjoy dinner, and a comfortable overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
Day 6: Journey from Nubra Valley to Turtuk Village to Nubra Valley || 9,850 ft | 196 KM | 8-9 hr)
● After the sun peeks out, enjoy a hearty breakfast before packing your bags for your journey to Turtuk village, which was part of Pakistan before 1971.
● Nestled in the Nubra tehsil, Turtuk is located on the banks of the Shyok River and is the last village before the Line of Control (Thang Village). Experience stunning beauty throughout the valley, with breathtaking views, including the K2 Mountain range in Pakistan.
● After exploring Turtuk, travel back towards Nubra. Hand over your bike keys to the road captain and settle in for an overnight stay.
● Enjoy dinner, and a comfortable overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
Day 7: Journey from Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso (14,000 ft | 160 KM |7-8 hr)
● Start your day with a hearty breakfast to fuel your adventurous spirit.
● Prepare for another day of daring off-roading as you traverse untamed paths in the high mountains.
● Your route leads to the stunning Pangong Tso (lake) via the Shyok River or Wari La Pass-an exhilarating journey often used by the army.
● Upon arrival, feast your eyes on the enchanting blue lake and its breathtaking surroundings. (*If Pangong Tso is closed, we'll ride back to Leh and do the day excursion to Pangong Tso the next day in an SUV or tempo traveler.)
● Once you reach Pangong Tso, take your time to enjoy the picturesque lake and the magnificent views all around you.
● Later, hand over your bike keys to the road captain and settle in for an overnight stay.
● Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Pangong Tso, along with breakfast for the following day.
Day 8: Journey from Pangong Tso to Leh via Chang La ( 11,600 ft |160 KM |5-6 hr)
● Start your day with a delicious breakfast to energize you for the exciting journey ahead.
● Get ready for another exhilarating ride as you head back to Leh via Chang La Pass, one of the world's highest mountain passes.
● En route, stop at the famous Druk White Lotus School, featured in the blockbuster Bollywood movie "3 Idiots." If time permits, consider visiting the stunning Shey and Thiksey Monasteries for a glimpse of their remarkable architecture and serene surroundings.
● Upon reaching Leh, hand over your bike keys to the road captain.
● Enjoy dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in Leh.
Day 9: Journey from Leh to Kargil (8,780 ft | 240 KM |6-7 hr)
● As soon as the morning unfolds today, embark on a scenic journey to Kargil.
● Along the way, visit the Hall of Fame museum, marvel at the Magnetic Hill's natural phenomenon, and stop by the revered Pathar Sahib Gurdwara.
● Visit the stunning Buddhist monastery of Lamayuru, perched at an elevation of 3,510 m.
● Later, explore the scenic Fotu La mountain pass and Tiger Hill, and pay your respects at the Drass War Memorial.
● Continue your journey towards Kargil.
● Upon arrival, hand over your bike keys to the road captain.
● Enjoy dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in Kargil.
Day 10: Journey from Kargil to Srinagar (5,200 ft | 220 KM | 6-7 hr)
● Start your day with a delightful breakfast.
● On your way to Srinagar, enjoy numerous attractions, including the stunning Fotu La Pass and Zojila Pass.
● En route, soak in the beauty of Sonmarg, often referred to as the "Mini Switzerland of India."
● In the evening, upon arrival in Srinagar, hand over your bike keys to the road captain.
● Enjoy dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at your prebooked accommodation in Srinagar.
Day 11: Departure Day
● Complete your incredible Himalayan adventure with a flight from Srinagar.
● If your flight is scheduled for later in the day, take some time to explore Srinagar at your own pace.
● Enjoy breakfast before checking out of your accommodation.
● Himalayan 411CC Bike with Fuel.
● The package includes Riding Jacket, knee guards, as well as helmet.
● Stay in pre-booked Deluxe hotels on triple sharing at Leh, Manali, Kargil, and Srinagar.

● Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- for accidental damages or dropping back the bike, if in case you leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip.
● Parking, Monastery, and Monument entry fees during sightseeing.
● Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond our control

Travel Documents & Hotel Policies
● Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter during the trip. It contains important details such as confirmed hotel, cab information, and service contact numbers.
● Hotels have their own rules and regulations, which guests must follow.
Check-in Rules
● The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
● Check-in: 12:00 PM
● Check-out: 12:00 PM
● Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification Requirements
● Guests must present a valid photo ID at the time of check-in.
● As per government regulations, every guest above 18 years must carry valid identification.
● Accepted IDs: Driving License, Voter ID, Passport.
● PAN Card is NOT accepted as a valid ID.
● Guests without valid ID will not be allowed to check in.
Admission Rights
● Hotels reserve the right of admission.
● Accommodation may be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable identification is not presented at check-in.
● C T & Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denial due to the above reasons.
Additional Charges & No-Show
● Hotels may charge mandatory meal surcharges during festive periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Eve).
● All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) must be paid directly at the hotel.
● Taxes are paid by C T & Travels to vendors. Service fees are retained for servicing the travel reservation.
● In case of no-show, the entire booking amount will be deducted.
Advance Payment
● 50% of the total package cost must be deposited in the company’s account to confirm the package. Hotels will be issued after receiving the 50% payment.
● We may accept 25% of the total package cost as a token amount if the desired package is confirmed at least 15 days prior to the travel date.
Token Amount Terms
● The 25% token amount is non-refundable.
● The remaining 25% must be cleared at least 7 days before the travel date.
● Failure to clear the balance will result in cancellation of the tour.
Balance Payment
● The remaining payment must be completed on arrival, on the very first day.

1) Cancellation by the Traveller
A. Before the Trip Starts
● 30 days or more before departure:
● 100% refund (after deducting payment gateway charges, if any).
● 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
● 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total package cost.
● Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
● No-show on departure day: No refund.
B. Special / Promotional Deals
● Discounted or promotional bookings may be non-refundable, as clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
2) Cancellation by Nomadic India
If a trip is cancelled due to weather, operational issues, road blockages, government restrictions, or minimum group size not met, travellers may choose:
● 100% refund, or
● Free date change, or
● Credit note valid for 12 months.
3) Date Change / Rescheduling
● 15 days prior to departure: Free date change (subject to availability).
● Within 15 days: ₹1,500 per person rescheduling fee + difference in trip cost (if any).
● Date change is not allowed for non-refundable or promotional bookings.
4) Refund Timelines
● Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from approval.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5) Conditions & Notes
● Nomadic India is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, landslides, strikes, curfews, or circumstances beyond our control.
● Certain services (flights, hotels, permits, activities) may have supplier-specific cancellation charges.
● GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
● Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official WhatsApp.
Postpone / Prepone Policy
● Any request to postpone or prepone a tour must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to the tour date.
● Minimum charge: ₹3,000 for bookings up to ₹35,000.
● 10% charge applicable for bookings above ₹35,000.
