The route covers iconic destinations such as Khardung La, Nubra Valley, Pangong Tso, and the peaceful village of Hanle, home to the renowned Indian Astronomical Observatory. Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar. Day at Leisure in in Srinagar.
● Reach Srinagar - the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir and head to your stay.
● Reach your hotel and complete the check-in formalities.
● You can then explore the Srinagar Market on your own and return to your stay.
● You will then attend a short briefing session with the Team Captain for the next day.
● Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar To Kargil Via Sonamarg, Drass & Zojila
● Wake up to a pleasant morning in Srinagar and have your breakfast at the hotel.
● Get ready for an exciting day as we depart for the scenic town of Kargil.
● As we start our journey, we will cross the beautiful meadows of Sonmarg, which was part of the ancient Silk Road.
● Next, it's time to conquer the Zoji La, one of the most challenging and breathtaking mountain passes in India at an altitude of 3528m.
● As the journey comes to an end, we will cross Drass village, often referred to as the Gateway to Ladakh and also known as the coldest inhabited place in India.
● Continue the journey to Kargil and check in to the hotel upon reaching.
● Have a delicious dinner and rest for the day.
● Overnight stay in Kargil.
Day 3: Kargil To Leh. En route explore some major landmarks
● Wake up to a chilly morning in Kargil and have your breakfast at the hotel.
● Later, get ready and hit the roads, as we will ride to Leh today.
● Today, we will pass 2 high altitude passes - Namika La [3700m] and Fotu La [4108m].
● On the way, we will also pass through the picturesque town of Lamayuru - known for its moon-like landscape.
● We will then take quick stops at Sangam Point to witness the confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers.
● Our next stop is at the Magnetic Hill, known for creating an optical illusion.
● Later, stop at the Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, dedicated to Guru Nanak Dev Ji, and houses a sacred boulder with his imprints.
● We will then reach our hotel in Leh, complete the check-in formalities and call it a day.

Day 4: Leh to Nubra Valley Via Khardungla Pass
● Wake up to a pleasant morning in Leh and have a delicious breakfast. We will then get you ready for the exciting journey on one of the highest motorable roads. Rev Up your engines and get ready ride to the Nubra the for a thrilling Valley located to north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas.
● Before that, we will stop at the iconic Shanti Stupa for a mesmerizing view of Leh and its surroundings.
● Continue the journey further to the iconic Khardung-La - one of the world's highest motorable pass in the world at a height of 5359 meters.
● Continue riding through the mesmerizing landscapes until we reach Diskit. Here, we will stop at the Diskit Monastery which is famous for its 106 feet of Maitreya Buddha statue.
● Further, we will pass by the Shyok River to reach Nubra Valley, also known as Ldorma or the Valley of Flowers. Upon reaching Nubra, head to the Hunder Sand • Dunes where you can spend time soaking in the views of the cold desert. You can also enjoy some adventure activities like a double- • humped Bactrian camel ride or an ATV ride to explore the deserted land of Hunder. (on your own)

Day 5: Nubra to Pangong Via Shyok Valley
● Wake up in the Nubra Valley and get ready for an adventurous journey to the famous Pangong Tso.
● While riding, we will cross the charming Agam and Shyok villages which are known for their scenic beauty.
● Continue the adventurous journey until we are greeted with the majestic views of the famous Pangong Lake which is the highest saltwater lake in the world.
● Pangong Lake is about 4 km wide on average and at least 136 Km long and is located at an altitude of 4300 meters above sea level.
● Spend some time around the lake, where you can admire the reflection of the surrounding mountains in the stunning blue lake.

● We will then head to check in at our campsite near the lake and have a delicious dinner here.

Day 6: Pangong to Hanle via Rezang La War Memorial
● Wake up to the stunning views of the Pangong Lake and have a delicious breakfast at the campsite.
● Later, we will get ready and buckle up for another thrilling journey towards the picturesque Hanle village.
● On the way, we will pass the town of Chushul and then stop at the Rezang La War Memorial.
● This War Memorial was built as a tribute to the brave soldiers who laid down their lives for their motherland in the 1962 Indo-China War.
● After paying respects to the martyrs, continue your journey and stop for a delicious lunch on the way (depending on time) before heading to Hanle.
● Cross the Loma Bridge on the Indus River and ride through the rugged landscapes until you reach the charming village of Hanle by evening.
● Upon reaching, we will check in to your cozy stay, enjoy a delicious dinner, and settle in for a peaceful night's sleер.

Day 7: Excursion to Umlingla Pass & Demchok
● Have your breakfast in the morning and get ready for the most exciting day of your tour.
● Get ready, ignite your engines, and begin a thrilling ride to the highest motorable road in the world - Umling La!
● En route, we will cross Photi La located at an altitude of 5524 meters.
● Enjoy this rough and adventurous ride through the stunning landscapes of Ladakh as you wind your way up to the summit.
● Reach Umling-La, located at an altitude of 5640 meters, which is higher than the Everest Base Camp.
● This pass forms the source for the Umlung Stream that drains into the Indus and is a tributary of the Kiungdul River.
● On the way back we will cross another high-altitude passNurbu La (5282 meters)
● Spend some time admiring the surrounding views and clicking pictures at the Umling-La.
● Later, we will have our lunch and head back to our stay in Hanle.
● If time permits, we will visit the Hanle Observatory - the highest space observatory in India known for its advanced astronomical research.
● Reach your homestay in Hanle by evening and enjoy a tasty dinner.

Day 8: Hanle To Leh Via Chumathang
● Wake up early inthe morning and soak in the captivating hues of orange and pink as the sun rises over the majestic Ladakh range.
● Have your breakfast and get ready to bid farewell to Hanle and head back to Leh.
● On the way, we will pass the scenic towns of Chumathang, Upshi, Karu, Thikshey, and Shey until we reach Leh by evening.
● Upon reaching Leh, check in to the hotel, freshen up and head out to explore the Leh market on your own.

Day 11: Journey from Manali to Delhi Departure (540 KM | 14-15 hr)
● After breakfast, check out of the hotel by 10 AM.

Travel Documents & Hotel Policies
● Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter during the trip. It contains important details such as confirmed hotel, cab information, and service contact numbers.
● Hotels have their own rules and regulations, which guests must follow.
Check-in Rules
● The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
● Check-in: 12:00 PM
● Check-out: 12:00 PM
● Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification Requirements
● Guests must present a valid photo ID at the time of check-in.
● As per government regulations, every guest above 18 years must carry valid identification.
● Accepted IDs: Driving License, Voter ID, Passport.
● PAN Card is NOT accepted as a valid ID.
● Guests without valid ID will not be allowed to check in.
Admission Rights
● Hotels reserve the right of admission.
● Accommodation may be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable identification is not presented at check-in.
● C T & Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denial due to the above reasons.
Additional Charges & No-Show
● Hotels may charge mandatory meal surcharges during festive periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Eve).
● All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) must be paid directly at the hotel.
● Taxes are paid by C T & Travels to vendors. Service fees are retained for servicing the travel reservation.
● In case of no-show, the entire booking amount will be deducted.
Advance Payment
● 50% of the total package cost must be deposited in the company’s account to confirm the package. Hotels will be issued after receiving the 50% payment.
● We may accept 25% of the total package cost as a token amount if the desired package is confirmed at least 15 days prior to the travel date.
Token Amount Terms
● The 25% token amount is non-refundable.
● The remaining 25% must be cleared at least 7 days before the travel date.
● Failure to clear the balance will result in cancellation of the tour.
Balance Payment
● The remaining payment must be completed on arrival, on the very first day.

1) Cancellation by the Traveller
A. Before the Trip Starts
● 30 days or more before departure:
● 100% refund (after deducting payment gateway charges, if any).
● 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
● 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total package cost.
● Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
● No-show on departure day: No refund.
B. Special / Promotional Deals
● Discounted or promotional bookings may be non-refundable, as clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
2) Cancellation by Nomadic India
If a trip is cancelled due to weather, operational issues, road blockages, government restrictions, or minimum group size not met, travellers may choose:
● 100% refund, or
● Free date change, or
● Credit note valid for 12 months.
3) Date Change / Rescheduling
● 15 days prior to departure: Free date change (subject to availability).
● Within 15 days: ₹1,500 per person rescheduling fee + difference in trip cost (if any).
● Date change is not allowed for non-refundable or promotional bookings.
4) Refund Timelines
● Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from approval.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5) Conditions & Notes
● Nomadic India is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, landslides, strikes, curfews, or circumstances beyond our control.
● Certain services (flights, hotels, permits, activities) may have supplier-specific cancellation charges.
● GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
● Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official WhatsApp.
Postpone / Prepone Policy
● Any request to postpone or prepone a tour must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to the tour date.
● Minimum charge: ₹3,000 for bookings up to ₹35,000.
● 10% charge applicable for bookings above ₹35,000.
