Day 0: Delhi to Kullu | Overnight Volvo
● Begin your journey by boarding a comfortable Volvo bus in Delhi in the evening.
● Subsequently, enjoy a scenic overnight drive through the foothills of the Himalayas, passing charming towns and villages along the way.
Day 1: Kullu Leisure Day
● Upon arrival, in Kullu the next morning, check into your pre-booked accommodation to rest and refresh.
● Next, spend the day leisurely exploring the town.
● Additionally, visit local markets to shop for souvenirs and handicrafts.
● Enjoy Dinner, and Overnight Stay in Kullu.
Day 2: Kullu to Sarahan Via Jalori Pass | Visit Bhimakali Temple
● Depart from Kullu after breakfast and begin your journey towards Sarahan.
● Begin your journey towards Jibhi.
● Drive through the scenic Jalori Pass, surrounded by dense forests and offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas.
● Stop at Jalori Pass for a short break and enjoy some snacks while admiring the panoramic vistas.
● Continue your drive to Sarahan, a picturesque village known for its ancient Bhimakali Temple.
● Upon arrival in Sarahan, visit the Bhimakali Temple and explore the charming surroundings.
● Check into your accommodation for the night, enjoy dinner and relax after your day of adventure.
Day 3: Sarahan to Sangla | Explore Chitkul Village
● After breakfast, depart from Sarahan and ride towards Sangla Valley
● En route, visit the quaint village of Chitkul, located near the Indo-Tibetan border. Explore the traditional wooden houses and interact with the friendly locals.
● Enjoy stunning views of the Sangla Valley as you continue your drive to Sangla
● Upon reaching Sangla, check into your accommodation and spend the evening relaxing amidst the natural beauty of valley.
● You can take a leisuerly walk around the village or simple unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.
● Enjoy Dinner, and overnight stay in Sangla/Chitkul.
Day 4: Sangla to Kaza |Via Tabo, Nako, Gue and Dhankar Village
● Depart from Sangla after breakfast and begin your riding journey towards Kaza.
● En route, stop at Nako Lake, a serene high-altitude lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Take some time to enjoy the tranquil beauty of the lake and click some photographs.
● Visit the ancient Gue Monastery, which houses the mummified body of a Buddhist monk. Explore the monastery and learn about its fascinating history.
● Explore Tabo Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient murals and scriptures.
● Visit Dhankar Village, situated atop a hill overlooking the Spiti River. Explore the ancient Dhankar Monastery, which dates back to the 7th century, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes
● Continue your drive to Kaza, the administrative capital of the Spiti Valley.

Day 5: Kaza Local Sightseeing | Visit Ki, Hikkim, Komik, & Langza Village

● Visit the ancient Ki Monastery, a Tibetan Buddhist monastery perched on a hilltop overlooking the Spiti River.
● Visit the remote villages of Hikkim and Komik, among the highest inhabited villages in the world.
● Explore the fossil-rich terrain of Langza and search for ancient marine fossils embedded in the rocks.
● Return to Kaza in the evening to relax after a day of exploration, dinner, and an overnight stay included.
Day 6: Kaza to Chandratal Via Kunzum Pass | Visit Chicham Bridge
● Depart from Kaza early in the morning and drive towards Chandratal Lake.
● Explore the picturesque village of Kibber, known for its traditional architecture and stunning mountain views.
● Cross the thrilling Chicham Bridge, which connects the villages of Chicham and Kibber.
● Cross the majestic Kunzum Pass, adorned with colorful prayer flags fluttering in the breeze.

Day 8: Manali to Delhi | Overnight Volvo
● Start the day with a delicious breakfast in Manali.
● Spend your day exploring Manali at your own pace; visit popular spots like Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, or the bustling Mall Road.
● Depart from Manali in the evening, heading back to Delhi.
● Relax and enjoy the scenic Volvo journey overnight.
Day 9: Arrival in Delhi
● Arrive back in Delhi with unforgettable memories.
● Cherish the incredible journey as the trip concludes.
● Complimentary Himalayan Bike for the trip.
● Safety gear, including helmets, elbow guards, and knee guards, provided for your protection during the ride.
● Stay in pre-booked Deluxe hotels and comfortable camps with attached washrooms on a triple-sharing basis (double sharing for couples).
● Buffet breakfast available from Day 2 to Day 8, and buffet dinner served from Day 1 to Day 7.
● Bikes provided from the morning of Day 3 until the evening of Day 7.
● Fuel provided as per the route mentioned in the itinerary.
● Experienced Road Captain and Motorbike Mechanic available from the morning of Day 3 until the evening of Day 7.
● Backup vehicle service for groups of more than 10 bikes, available in case of emergencies.

● A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 per motorbike to cover accidental damages or if the bike is left midway before the completion of the trip.
● Parking fees, monastery entry fees, and monument tickets during sightseeing.
● Additional costs arising from changes in the itinerary due to natural calamities, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, union issues, or any circumstances beyond our control.
● Extra accommodation and meal expenses caused by delays or unforeseen situations.

Travel Documents & Hotel Policies
● Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter during the trip. It contains important details such as confirmed hotel, cab information, and service contact numbers.
● Hotels have their own rules and regulations, which guests must follow.
Check-in Rules
● The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
● Check-in: 12:00 PM
● Check-out: 12:00 PM
● Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification Requirements
● Guests must present a valid photo ID at the time of check-in.
● As per government regulations, every guest above 18 years must carry valid identification.
● Accepted IDs: Driving License, Voter ID, Passport.
● PAN Card is NOT accepted as a valid ID.
● Guests without valid ID will not be allowed to check in.
Admission Rights
● Hotels reserve the right of admission.
● Accommodation may be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable identification is not presented at check-in.
● C T & Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denial due to the above reasons.
Additional Charges & No-Show
● Hotels may charge mandatory meal surcharges during festive periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Eve).
● All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) must be paid directly at the hotel.
● Taxes are paid by C T & Travels to vendors. Service fees are retained for servicing the travel reservation.
● In case of no-show, the entire booking amount will be deducted.
Advance Payment
● 50% of the total package cost must be deposited in the company’s account to confirm the package. Hotels will be issued after receiving the 50% payment.
● We may accept 25% of the total package cost as a token amount if the desired package is confirmed at least 15 days prior to the travel date.
Token Amount Terms
● The 25% token amount is non-refundable.
● The remaining 25% must be cleared at least 7 days before the travel date.
● Failure to clear the balance will result in cancellation of the tour.
Balance Payment
● The remaining payment must be completed on arrival, on the very first day.

1) Cancellation by the Traveller
A. Before the Trip Starts
● 30 days or more before departure:
● 100% refund (after deducting payment gateway charges, if any).
● 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
● 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total package cost.
● Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
● No-show on departure day: No refund.
B. Special / Promotional Deals
● Discounted or promotional bookings may be non-refundable, as clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
2) Cancellation by Nomadic India
If a trip is cancelled due to weather, operational issues, road blockages, government restrictions, or minimum group size not met, travellers may choose:
● 100% refund, or
● Free date change, or
● Credit note valid for 12 months.
3) Date Change / Rescheduling
● 15 days prior to departure: Free date change (subject to availability).
● Within 15 days: ₹1,500 per person rescheduling fee + difference in trip cost (if any).
● Date change is not allowed for non-refundable or promotional bookings.
4) Refund Timelines
● Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from approval.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5) Conditions & Notes
● Nomadic India is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, landslides, strikes, curfews, or circumstances beyond our control.
● Certain services (flights, hotels, permits, activities) may have supplier-specific cancellation charges.
● GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
● Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official WhatsApp.
Postpone / Prepone Policy
● Any request to postpone or prepone a tour must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to the tour date.
● Minimum charge: ₹3,000 for bookings up to ₹35,000.
● 10% charge applicable for bookings above ₹35,000.
